Certain Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or promotional reasons. Any such items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Clothing must be unworn and unwashed. Cleaning products must be unopened and sealed.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • The product must be listed as eligible for refunds (items marked “Final Sale” are excluded).

Refunds
